The sale of this property has ended.
This is a forest property located in Kume County, Okayama Prefecture.
The site is on a slope covered with cypress and natural trees, and the land area is a generous 1,873 tsubo.
There is no water on the land itself, but the area is rich in water and there are many bodies of water flowing around.
The property is easily accessible as it is bordered by roads on two sides.

The photo shows the roads in the area. They are well paved.
The location is on the right.
It snowed the day before the shoot.
I went to the area around noon and there were no tracks at all, which indicated that rarely anyone comes there.
It was a quiet area with no houses nearby, but the signal was good. ( SoftBank )

The road in front of the site.
The site is on the left.
The entrance to the village road along the property behind the house. It is an official road marked on the official map.
This road is not paved so you will need a 4WD to get there.
This is a road that is not currently in use, but we have cleared it and opened it up in preparation for this sale.
If you walk along the country road, the site will be on the right side of the image.
The village road has not been used for many years and still needs maintenance before you can access the property.
From the country road, it is the forest above Michi, and from the paved road, it is the forest below Michi.

There seems to be a lot of cypress trees on the side of the village road, which would probably be useful as a building material.
After climbing a little, there is a gentle slope and some parts are almost flat.
This is the river near the property.
There is water flowing in many places around the property, so it seems like there would be no problem in bringing water there.
There is no river alongside the property, but there is one in the valley just below the property.
It has not withered even during this season, so it seems that it can be used steadily all year round.

It takes some effort to use this property, so we've kept the price low accordingly.
Generally, water-filled forest land is purchased for several million yen.
With such low prices, you can invest more in your equipment.
A system such as using a pump to draw water up from the bottom of the valley and use it from a water tank would also be good.

People from overseas make good use of the sloping land and live in the mountains.
With a little imagination, you can create a wonderful life even on a sloping land.
